Contract Management Module
Our new contract management module provides a flexible and integrated way of handling your venue's contracts. It's flexible because you have control over every paragraph the final contract is built from. It's integrated because we leverage our automatic emailing features and attach the final contract using our internal you Event Order -- permanently.​

Event Series Generation
​
When you have a related series of events to schedule, you'll absolutely want to use new features for creating an event series. Instead of manually selecting each date, you'll use some simple patterns to do this automatically. When you chose the pattern you want, we'll actually:

Use a built-in AI engine to book the next best open calendar date for that conflict.
Event Settlement
Ticketing Connector
Many venues still rely on spreadsheets to load, reformat, and total ticket sales for their event accounting. We have taken a big step towards automating that. The model that we use supports multiple ticketing providers and sources, complete automation, and a mapping process that and totals everything according to your rules. You'll have the option to take the additional step of connecting the ticketing fee from the ticket system provider so that there's not even so much as a manually run batch import process.​​

Event Settlement Improvements

Our new settlement process brings you a set of features that add flexibility and control to all your event settlements. The best part: we make it real simple to settle any event. These new features support predefined formatting and handling of routine agreements. So, for example, if your venue usually has various different deal structures, we'll be able to set your settlement process up to handle the format adjustments to the each settment according to the each unique arrangement you have with the customer.

Quantification Screen

In catering quantification involves planning exactly what your kitchen staff are going to do on the next shift. It's the point at which your Kitchen Admin makes decisions about balancing actual ingredients and recipe quantities with available quantities, station workloads. It can even include the Kitchen Admin's handling of last minute changes.
